173 leaders look ahead to 2024

Jornal de Negócios highlighted the projections of 173 leaders for 2024. Among them, our CEO, Paulo Loureiro, shared his vision:

“In 2024, a new investment dynamic is expected, adapted to the new economic and monetary reality. It is expected that the housing, logistics, food retail and alternative segments will continue to demonstrate solid fundamentals and therefore dominate investor appetite. On the other hand, the maturity of investment cycles will lead some investors to restructure credit lines (to avoid losses), revealing an opportunity to allocate capital to private debt structures collateralized by real estate assets.”
