2016
Louvre Capital
is established by Paulo Loureiro (a former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in New York and MBA alumni from University of Chicago Booth School of Business) and acquires the first real estate project in Lisbon, investing €8m in the development of a 21-unit luxury residential building.

2017
Opens the Head Office
in Lisbon and adds three new residential projects to our portfolio (Scenic, The Nest and Excluxive). The firm closes 2017 with a pipeline of four residential projects totaling 13.500 sqm and €55m in AuM.

2018
The team grows
to 10 people, providing a unique mix of real estate know-how and financial expertise. The company starts four new projects in Lisbon and Cascais, adding 11.500 sqm to its portfolio, and closes the year with a pipeline of eight projects totaling 25,.000 sqm, 120 units and an AuM of €100m.

2019
First joint-venture
The company closed a €35m project in Porto in a 50/50 joint venture with Violas Ferreira Group – a leading Portuguese family office deeply committed to the local commercial real estate industry. The firm ends 2019 with a pipeline of nine projects (totaling 35.000 sqm, representing an investment of over €100m).

2020
Bondstone
The group adopts a new brand (Bondstone) and establishes itself as a real estate private equity firm seeking to invest in select asset classes and investment styles. Louvre Properties remains as the high-end residential brand of Bondstone Group.

2021
Investment rises
Bondstone closes a joint venture with Legendre Group for the development of BTS residential projects. We start 2021 with a team of 17 people (excluding 4 non-executive board members), and secure a pipeline of c. €200m in different asset classes.

Ambitious goals
We close the vast majority of the pipeline sourced in the previous year and secure pipeline for an additional €500m of assets. The Bondstone group breaks ground on the long-term goal of setting up the first investment fund.

2023
Transformation
Bondstone closes Morgadinho deal and significantly increases its AuM. We become a regulated fund manager and set up two SICs (Morgadinho and Belas), ending up the year with a talented team of 25 people.
